Venerable Dr. Adegoke Fajemisin (D.Min) was born in Ilesa, Osun State, into the cherished Peter Fariogun Fajemisin royal family. From an early age, he carried with him a love for learning, traveling through Ilesa, Ikare, Vom-Jos, Kaduna, and Ile-Ife in pursuit of his education. Each step shaped not just his mind, but also his deep sense of purpose and service. His career began in the sciences, where he became a Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria. As a Lecturer in Medical Microbiology at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, he inspired students with his knowledge and discipline. Later, as Director at Projeklink Scientific and Medical Services Outlink, his leadership touched colleagues and communities alike. But Dr. Fajemisin’s path took a new turn when he answered a higher calling to ministry. From his first days as a deacon at Christ Church Anglican, Agege, to his time at St. Michael’s Anglican Church, Egbeda—where he earned three excellence awards and the chieftaincy title “OGBEIFI I”—he led with compassion, faith, and humility. The Dr. Adegoke Fajemisin Scholarship Fund was created to carry his legacy forward. By supporting secondary school students in Ilesa, Osun State, it seeks to plant seeds of opportunity, nurture dreams, and inspire a new generation to lead with integrity—just as he did..
